Delivery Information

Shipping within Australia

Orders are primarily dispatched from the Gold Coast, Queensland.

We aim to ship all orders within 1-5 business days. The majority of orders leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days. If there is any delay in dispatching your order, we will contact you promptly.

Some items may be dispatched directly from our supply partners' warehouses. If this occurs, you will receive separate tracking notifications for each shipment. Items sent from different locations will arrive separately and may have different delivery timeframes.

Your order will be sent using the courier service selected at checkout. Once dispatched, you will receive an email notification with your tracking details.

If you would like your order delivered to a PO Box, please ensure you select Australia Post as your shipping method at checkout.

Hamptons Style Furniture Delivery times:
Furniture delivery is generally expected within 3-4 weeks. Timeframes may vary depending on carrier schedules and your location. Please contact us if you would like to discuss delivery timing further.

Hamptons Style Cushion delivery times:
Cushions from our exclusive Hamptons Collection are hand-sewn by our workroom. Delivery may take up to 3 weeks, although many orders are dispatched sooner.

International Shipping

We now ship internationally. If your order exceeds Australia Post’s allowable size for international delivery, we will contact you and provide a refund if required.

Authority To Leave:

All non-furniture orders are shipped with Authority to Leave.

Please note:
If your order is sent via Australia Post, we are unable to add Authority to Leave once the parcel has left our warehouse. We recommend creating a MyPost account to check if Safe Drop options are available after your tracking number has been issued.

Please select your shipping address carefully, as redirection is not always possible once goods have been dispatched. If a redirection is available, any additional shipping charges will be at the customer’s expense.
