Refund & Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds for purchases made Online
Hamptons Style will offer a replacement or refund for any item which arrives broken or damaged due to the shipping process. We require written notice within 3 working days of your item arriving, with photo/s of any damage. Please this email this information to [email protected] Return shipping/postage will be covered by Hamptons Style. Online orders cannot be refunded or exchanged in store.
Hamptons Style will not offer a refund for change of mind or incorrect choice for Online purchases. If the product is not faulty or damaged, but you would like to exchange the item or receive a Gift Voucher for the value of the item, shipping/postage costs will be covered by the customer.
Refunds for purchases made in Store
Hamptons Style will refund only where the product is faulty or damaged, not for change of mind or incorrect choice. In the event of change of mind or incorrect choice, a product exchange or Gift Voucher to the value of the item will be offered. Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of exchange. Proof of purchase must be provided for either of these scenarios.
Late or missing refunds
Please allow up to five business days for your refund to show in your account. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Please note our Hamptons Style Furniture Delivery times: As all our furniture range is sourced from our suppliers, delivery is expected to be between 6-8 weeks. Please contact us to discuss this further if required.
Please our Hamptons Style Cushion delivery times: Cushions part of our Hamptons Collection range, exclusive only to Hamptons Style, are hand sewn by our workroom, meaning delivery can be up to 3 weeks.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
