6. Delivery & Risk

Goods are delivered by nominated carriers to the address you specify at checkout.

Risk passes to you once the item is delivered; please inspect items immediately on receipt.

If you believe item(s) are damaged, do not accept delivery, or contact us immediately for assistance.

Change of Mind

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your goods are damaged, faulty, or not as described, you may be eligible for a replacement or other remedy under the Australian Consumer Law and our policy.

Exceptions

No refunds or exchanges are available for custom made items or certain upholstered goods unless covered by ACL guarantees.
