Hamptons Style Store Manager
This is a full-time role (38hrs/Sunday – Thursday) located at Sanctuary Cove. We are looking for a professional and customer service-oriented Store Manager to oversee daily operations at our store. Your role will include but not limited to assisting customer enquiries and sales in store, monitoring inventory levels, assisting in social media management and developing business strategies.
The ideal candidate must be able to improve customer satisfaction and meet monthly sales goals. In addition to being an excellent communicator, you should also demonstrate outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills.
Skills and Experience:
We are looking for someone incredibly organised, reliable, committed and fun with the following skills;
- Natural design flair and have a great eye for detail.
- Must have high energy and a passion for all things Hampton's.
- Visual merchandising, styling and Interior Design/Decoration skills are a definite advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal, selling and customer service skills.
- Must be personable and be able to easily build rapport with our clients and staff.
